Okla. Alliance for Animals launches ‘SNAP’ program to reduce overpopulation

TULSA, Okla. — The Oklahoma Alliance for Animals is launching a new program aimed at reducing pet overpopulation by offering affordable spay and neuter vouchers for families who cannot afford the procedure.

The initiative, called SNAP, short for Spay Neuter Assistance Program, is designed to help pet owners access low-cost services while easing the strain on local shelters already operating at or beyond capacity.
