Tulsa Animal Services over capacity after winter storm, urging fosters and adopters ahead of new cold snap
TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa Animal Services says it is over capacity after taking in several surrendered dogs during last week’s winter storm and is now urging people to foster or adopt as another cold snap moves in Friday and Saturday.
