TULSA, Okla. — FOX23 investigates after receiving complaints from many renters across Tulsa who say landlords are not fixing serious problems.
Abigail and Grace Rappe said they moved into their apartment complex more than a year ago, but began dealing with issues they say were never properly resolved. Although they did not plan to move, the sisters said the problems became overwhelming.
