TULSA, OKLA. (KTUL) — Tulsa Police say a motorcycle rider who had been the subject of repeated complaints is now in custody — thanks in part to an eye in the sky.
According to police, officers had received multiple reports about a motorcyclist allegedly driving at dangerous speeds along the BA Expressway.
