TULSA, Okla. – Murder charges have been refiled in connection with a 2010 road rage shooting that left one man dead, according to Tulsa police.
Wilburt Moore Jr. was originally charged in Tulsa County in December 2010 in the death of Kenny Maywald. The charge was dismissed in April 2011 for further investigation.
Tulsa homicide detectives recently re-interviewed witnesses, including the woman who was with Moore at the time of the shooting, and determined there was enough new information to move forward with the case, police said…
