OWASSO, OKLA. — Construction is set to begin next week on a stretch of U.S. 169 in Owasso as part of a highway improvement project aimed at easing congestion.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation announced work will start Monday, Feb. 16, on the section of highway between 66th Street North and 86th Street North.
