TULSA, Okla. — A Tulsa man said he’s grown more frustrated with all of the delays over a stalled railroad project downtown.
Across from the BOK Center, barriers and concrete panels block the railroad crossing along Elwood Avenue, near 1st Street.
“The streets [have] been torn up for several years and making it dangerous to walk across the tracks,” said Frank Gaddy.
