GLENPOOL, Okla. — A bill named in honor of nine-year-old Talyn Bain, a boy killed in a Glenpool car crash last year, is one step closer to becoming law.
The bill passed unanimously out of the Oklahoma House Tuesday morning. If it becomes law, the bill would expand school zones to nearby highways.
