Wagoner County deputies arrested a man wanted on multiple warrants after authorities said he barricaded himself inside a trailer in the Rocky Point area and refused to surrender.
On 03-10-2026, Wagoner County deputies Lt. Farmer, Deputy Burnside, Deputy King and K-9 Deputy Busch responded to the area and worked alongside the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service to locate Samuel Carter, who authorities said had barricaded himself inside a trailer.
