OWASSO, Okla. — The temporary 55 miles per hour Construction Area Speed Limit on Highway 169 in Owasso has been expanded in the interest of public safety.
With the move by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, there is a leveled deceleration from 70 miles per hour, to 65 miles per hour, to 55 miles per hour, prior to the enforcement area.
Northbound traffic will see the new 55 miles per hour signs south of 56th Street North and southbound traffic will see the new sign on the south side of East 106th Street North…
