TULSA — Neighbors in a Tulsa neighborhood are concerned after they claim a new owner converted a single-family home near 51st and Sheridan into a multi-unit apartment without permits or inspections.
The out-of-state company purchased the house, which on the outside looks like a typical single-family home, last year.
“It’s always been a single-family home. All of the houses in this neighborhood have always been single-family homes until very recently,” Matthew Mathias said.
