TULSA, Okla. (KOKH) — Authorities in Tulsa say a man has been arrested after allegedly trying to steal copper wires during last night’s storms.
Around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, officers with the Tulsa Police Department were called to a report of a man climbing on the highway signs over the BA Expressway.
