TULSA, Okla. — The City of Tulsa launched Neighborhood Connect, a program designed to help neighborhood leaders and organizations share ideas, build partnerships and strengthen connections.
The initiative’s goal is to bring residents together and empower them to collaborate, build relationships and solve problems alongside neighborhood leaders, businesses, schools, religious organizations and other community groups.
