Tulsa dog trainer accused of neglect and inadequate service by multiple clients

TULSA, Okla. — An Oklahoma man said he is out thousands of dollars and still without the service dog he paid for after he alleged a local trainer neglected and injured his pet.

Michael Camarena said he paid nearly $5,000 for training services for his dog, Blue, in August. When the dog was picked up in October, he claimed Blue was physically injured and emotionally changed.
