‘Once in a lifetime case’: Wisconsin woman back in Oklahoma to face murder charges

WAGONER, Okla – A Wisconsin woman is back in Oklahoma Monday night to face her murder charges from nearly 6 years ago.

Murder charges

Wagoner County prosecutors charged Kore Bommeli in 2021 with killing her roommate, Talina Galloway, then cutting her body up and dumping her in Arkansas.

Uncovering another crime

During the murder investigation in Wagoner County, investigators found evidence that linked Bommeli to a 2014 case in Wisconsin, where she tried to kill her neighbors using homemade ricin. She was convicted of those crimes last summer and sentenced to 25 years.

Deputies picked her up on Monday morning and drove more than 14 hours to bring her back to face her murder charges…
