OWASSO, Okla. (KFOR) –Police in Owasso are asking the public for help in identifying a man in connection with an alleged larceny investigation.
According to authorities, the man (shown above) was captured in these photos regarding an alleged larceny from a retailer that happened at Best Buy on March 13 at around 11:40 a.m.
