OWASSO, Okla. — The Owasso Police Department arrested a man and teen accused of breaking into multiple vehicles throughout Owasso Friday morning.
Police said around 2 a.m., a resident in the Abbot Farms neighborhood near North 97th East Avenue and East 106th Street North, reported receiving a notification on his home surveillance system.
