For decades, there has been ongoing discussion about the need for a new Arkansas River bridge in south Tulsa connecting to Bixby. The Memorial Drive Bridge remains the only direct connection between Bixby and south Tulsa and continues to experience heavy congestion. A new bill currently on Gov.
