SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — A new $26 million retail development will be bringing national retailers to Sheffield Crossings in Sand Springs, including Ross, Ulta Beauty, Burlington and one additional retailer that will be announced at a later date.
Sheffield Crossing is an open air retail development located near West Morrow Road and Highway 412. The City aims to use the new development to start turning Sand Springs into a premier shopping destination for residents and to assist with the city’s growth.
“Sand Springs has positioned itself as a community ready for meaningful growth, and that doesn’t happen by accident,” said Matt Mardis, the Managing Member of MF Legacy Holdings, the company serving as the leasing broker for Sheffield Crossing. “It reflects leadership that is proactive, collaborative and aligned with long-term vision. Sheffield Crossing is the result of that alignment and a strong belief in the future of this community.”
