TULSA, Okla. (KOKH) — Authorities say one man is dead following a reported kidnapping and assault in Tulsa.
Around 2:45 a.m. on Monday, officers with the Tulsa Police Department responded to a call from a 17-year-old girl who said someone was chasing her and threatening to shoot her.
