Sapulpa FFA caps off eventful year with annual banquet

Sapulpa FFA celebrated an eventful year this week at their annual banquet on May 12th at The Way Church. During their year Sapulpa FFA saw success on the local, state, and national level.

The chapter attended 18 CDE contests, and 12 LDE contests. Power & Technology students created 15 metal projects. Plant & Soil Science students planted 3,500 plants. Members competing in Agriscience spent over 300 hours cumulatively researching their projects. In total, the chapter had over 400 community service hours.

On the national level, the chapter and its members received three awards. The chapter was recognized as a National Three Star Chapter. This award recognizes chapters in the top 10% of the nation based on their work in Building Communities, Growing Leaders, and Strengthening Agriculture. Sapulpa FFA member Leo Enlow was awarded a Washington Leadership Conference Scholarship.
