PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – The Portland Police Bureau is investigating a crash involving a pedestrian that happened in the Buckman neighborhood early Thursday morning.
Just before 3 a.m., officers responded to a crash at Southeast Grand Avenue and Southeast Pine Street. Police said a man had been hit by a driver and was being treated by medical personnel when officers arrived to the scene.
The man, who has not yet been identified, was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries…
