Who’re you calling chicken?
Us, apparently. With our recent focus on the exploration of local poultry purveyors, some have taken to calling us The Chicken Man. We reject this characterization, both to avoid confusion with a legendary Portland protester, and in hopes of not being blown up should we ever visit Philadelphia. That said, the show must go on.
Recommendations have poured in following our previous efforts, and we decided our next stop would be El Jefe in Tigard, which counts among its fans Oregonian sports photographer Sean Meagher. He also happens to live nearby, so we made plans to meet up for lunch…
