PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Just over two weeks after an officer shot a suspected intruder outside a Vancouver woman’s home, officials have released bodycam footage of the incident.
On May 26, a Vancouver police officer shot a man after he reportedly smashed windows at a home and threatened a woman with a knife.
