PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities have identified a man who was killed in a shooting over the weekend on Rocky Butte.
On Monday, the Portland Police Bureau identified the victim as 20-year-old Alberto Ramos-Velazquez of Salem.
The medical examiner determined Ramos-Velasquez’s death was a homicide by gunshot wound.
