The Oregon Ducks have four in-state commitments for the 2027 class and have gotten in early in the recruitment of 2028 Lake Oswego (Oregon) tight end Presley DeLance. On Wednesday, DeLance went from unrated to one of the nation’s top prospects.
247Sports revealed its latest 2028 recruiting rankings update on Wednesday, and DeLance is one of the highest risers. He was evaluated as a four-star recruit, catapulting into the Top 100 recruits at No. 85. DeLance is one of just five recruits nationwide to break into the Top 100 as a newcomer in the latest update.
The new rankings also make the 6-foot-3 and 230-pound DeLance the No. 5 tight end prospect in the country for the 2028 class.
