After Centennial Mills, KATU examines Prosper Portland’s property portfolio

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — After KATU revealed the city of Portland lost millions of dollars connected to the long-troubled Centennial Mills property — now reduced to rubble — we are continuing to track where public money goes at other Prosper Portland properties.

The question is not just what the agency owns or controls, but how those properties are being used, what they cost to maintain and what Portlanders receive in return.
