A semitruck and a car collided on Highway 30 south of Scappoose, prompting authorities to close eastbound lanes heading into Portland.
The Scappoose Police Department was at the scene of the crash at about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, on Highway 30 near milepost 15 by Wildwood Golf Course.
