Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies engaged in a high-speed chase Friday, Sept. 4, along Highway 26 after learning a car stolen out of Portland still had a person inside.
The incident began about 2:45 a.m. when deputies saw two vehicles heading westbound on the highway near Murray Boulevard driving at a high rate of speed.
