LA CENTER, Wash. (KPTV) — An overturned semi-truck carrying chickens shut down northbound Interstate 5 ramp access in Clark County on Wednesday morning, creating major traffic delays.
The crash happened around 9:39 a.m. along northbound I-5 near milepost 16.8 and La Center Road, close to the ilani casino resort, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
