VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) — One person died and another was critically hurt after police say a driver ran a red light and flipped his Jeep into two people in a crosswalk Monday night.
The crash happened around 9:45 p.m. Oct. 5 at Northeast Andresen Road and Northeast Van Mall Drive, according to the Vancouver Police Department.
