PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The Oregon Department of Human Services is asking the public to keep an eye out for a missing teenager. Officials say 15-year-old Izabel “Olive” Bland went missing from Portland on Dec. 16 and is believed to be in danger although specifics were not given.
