Attempted Clark County carjacker identified through DNA evidence

CLARK COUNTY Wash. (KPTV) – An attempted carjacker has been arrested nearly a year later thanks to DNA evidence, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies say a man was filling the air in his car’s tires at the Arco at 609 NE 99th Street around 11:45 a.m. Feb. 21 when a man dressed in a black hooded shirt and black face mask approached.
