HILLSBORO, Ore. (KPTV) – Two women are accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from multiple stores in Hillsboro. On Wednesday, at about 1:30 p.m., officers responded to a theft in progress at the Ulta Beauty located at 11040 Northeast Evergreen Parkway. Police say 19-year-old Lorena Ghite and 23-year-old Loredana Zatreanu were arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree theft.
