CLARK COUNTY, Wash. (KPTV) – One person was killed in a crash in Clark County early Friday morning. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office says someone called 911 just before 7 a.m. after finding a crash near the 19400 block of Northeast Risto Road. The 911 caller reported a car had driven off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
