PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The warmest temperatures of the week are happening Wednesday across western Oregon and Washington. Highs will climb into the upper 70s to low 80s. This will make a full eight days in a row with temperatures for Portland that are above normal, which is 69 degrees.
