PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Some living in the Park Rose neighborhood of northeast Portland are concerned after a car crash caused them to lose power early Sunday morning. The crash caused significant damage to power poles and downed power lines at the intersection of NE 122nd Ave and NE Shaver Street.
