PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – Nine people were arrested during a human trafficking mission along Northeast 82nd Avenue earlier this month, according to the Portland Police Bureau. During the first week of September, PPB teamed up with several neighboring teams to conduct patrol missions along Northeast 82nd Avenue. In total, nine people were arrested.
