PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – In the past week, there were two instances of kids being arrested for pointing guns at people outside schools in East Multnomah County. A 17-year-old student was arrested Friday morning at Gresham High School, police said the student threatened a pedestrian with a gun right in front of the school, then went to class with the gun still on them.
