PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Jeramy Peters, who lives in Southwest Portland, is frustrated with the city’s tree removal process, or lack thereof. The City of Portland has requested that Peters cover the costs to remove a tree that’s damaging the sidewalk along South Bertha Boulevard. However, the tree is located about 30-feet from Peters’ property line.
