PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – Police are investigating a shooting that seriously injured one person Thursday night. At about 8:17 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1300 block of Northeast 102nd Avenue. Officers arrived to the scene and found a man with serious injuries in a parking lot near a Subway and Carl’s Jr.
