PORTLAND, Ore. – A man has been arrested after leading Portland police on a brief chase on his e-bike. Around 1:04 a.m. Saturday, Christopher T. Dille was spotted by an officer riding an electric bike south on 82nd Avenue to eastbound on Powell Boulevard. When the officer attempted a traffic stop at 89th Avenue, the 28-year-old sped up, going south on the multi-use trail from 92 Avenue and Powell.
