TROUTDALE Ore. (KPTV) – A 32-year-old man was arrested Friday after attempting to carjack two people with a BB gun, according to the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office. The incident happened about 1:40 p.m. Friday afternoon, at a truck stop parking lot located at 790 Northwest Frontage Road in Troutdale.
