GRESHAM Ore. (KPTV) – A driver is wanted after a deadly hit-and-run in Gresham last month, the Gresham Police Department said on Thursday. Just after midnight on Dec. 7, 2014, a man was hit and killed while crossing Northeast Burnside Road near Northeast Cleveland Avenue. Police said the victim, identified as Ryan Winchester, died at the scene. He left behind a wife and young children, according to police.
