PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man was arrested following a drive-by shooting incident Saturday, according to the Portland Police Bureau. Police responded to the scene about 10:15 a.m. Saturday morning. They say shots were fired from one car, a maroon Toyota Avalon, at a man in a red Dodge Dakota, in the area of Southeast 109th Avenue and Southeast Division Street.
