After a nearly 13-year-long legal battle, Todd Prager and Mark Kramer were ready to kick back and relax at Oswego Lake.
It was early Saturday afternoon, just five days after Clackamas County judge Kathie Steele ruled that the city of Lake Oswego must immediately open its namesake lake to the public and remove trespassing signs within several months.
