PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Four years after Curtis Smith was shot and killed in North Portland, prosecutors believe they have found the suspect responsible.
Antonio Howard, 34, was indicted Monday on charges of 2nd degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and felon in possession of a firearm according to court records.
