SOUTHERN OREGON & NORTHERN CALIFORNIA — The worst of the atmospheric river has passed, but we’ll still be seeing areas of rain and snow working through Southern Oregon into our Monday. Some of the rain and snow could be heavy at times. The flooding concerns will still continue thanks to all the precipitation we’ve seen this weekend. Snow levels will lower into Monday, dropping down to 1,500′ to 2,500′ in the morning then rising up to 3,000′ to 3,500′ in the afternoon. Plan on slippery and snowy travel above 2,000′ especially in Winter Weather Advisories areas. We’ll see scattered areas of rain and snow working through the region throughout the day. Although shower activity continues, it will be much less intense as the last couple of days.
