OREGON CITY, Ore. (KATU) — A man has pleaded guilty to two counts of manslaughter in the first degree and was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the fatal shooting of Jamahl Nash and Stanafurd Blacknall on Oct. 12, 2022.
Frank Efrin Nifon, 26, who had been released from prison less than a year prior, and Kaythan Tenry, who is awaiting trial, encountered Nash and Blacknall at a 7-Eleven store on Southeast Lake Road in Milwaukie.
Surveillance footage captured Nash’s car entering the parking lot at 1:31 a.m. and speeding away at 1:33 a.m. as Nifon and Tenry fired 17 shots at the car…
