PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a shooting over the weekend near Cathedral Park in North Portland that left another teen with critical injuries.
The shooting happened on Sunday, March 23, in the 6700 Block of North Pittsburg Avenue.
Portland Police officers responded to reports of a shooting at 3:29 a.m. and discovered the 16-year-old boy with a life-threatening gunshot wound to the head. The victim, later identified as Elliot Beck, was rushed to Randall Children’s Hospital where he remains in critical but stable condition…
